The King of Limbs...

...has made me the Queen of Smiles.  For anyone who has ever denied that music is a valid form of art or therapy, take a listen to this album. As musicians evolve their sound, it usually comes to a disappointing end, but not in the special case of Radiohead.  They have accrued an immunity to it.  They go on to amaze me with their continued connection to my creative soul.  For the next few weeks, as I eat, sleep, drink, and shit these "Limbs", I will be in the best of moods.  I have been hungry for this.  I will overindulge.  I will become numb.  I will ignore you.  I will evolve.

City Life Home Furnishings.

I went shopping today at City Life home furnishings in Brea.  I fell in love with these designs but they don't go with my bedroom aesthetic.  Thought I'd share them with you anyway.

 

The Twilight Zone Marathon.

Every year, thanks to SyFy channel, I get to spend the first day of January in my pajamas watching the Twilight Zone marathon.  These are some of my favorites.

So Ends Another Year.

As another year comes to an end and we all begin the countdown to midnight, we stop and think about the great things and the awful things 2010 brought.  For myself, it brought the realization that one of my biggest obstacles in life is slowly but surely coming to an end.  I will finally be finishing up my Bachelors in English, and in anticipation of graduation comes the anticipation of my future; a future that I hope comes with a new job and a new form of happiness that I have been looking forward to for many, many years.  Happy New Year to you and may the new year bring you the happiness you have earned.
